These terms apply to all bookings and use of Unit 8 Studios. By booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking contract
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our booking system.
2. Prices and payment
- Standard price is shown at checkout and charged in GBP.
- Payment is taken securely online before your session.
- We may update prices at any time for future bookings.
3. Cancellation and refunds
All bookings are final once paid. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are legally required to provide otherwise.
If Unit 8 Studios must cancel a confirmed booking due to reasons within our control, we will offer either a full refund or a suitable rebooking option.
4. Arrival and studio use
- Please arrive on time. Lost time due to late arrival is not refundable.
- Customers must use the studio safely and follow any on-site instructions.
- No unlawful activity is permitted on the premises.
5. Customer liability for damage or theft
The booking customer is responsible for their party during the session.
- You are liable for damage caused by you or your guests to studio property, fixtures, or equipment.
- You are liable for theft or unauthorised removal of studio property by you or your guests.
- We may recover repair, replacement, and related costs where legally permitted.
6. Loss, injury and property brought to site
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unit 8 Studios is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to customer equipment or personal items brought to the studio. You are responsible for your own insurance.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Conduct and right to refuse service
We may end a session or refuse entry where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or likely to damage property. In such cases, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Website and intellectual property
All website content is owned by Unit 8 Studios, licensed to us. Some images used are in the public domain. You may not reproduce or republish content without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless consumer law provides otherwise.
